These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our QR code stickers and wristbands (“Products”) and your registration and use of the services provided through our website (“Service”). By purchasing a Product, registering, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://www.safeinasia.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use our Products or Service.

1. Service Description

• The Service provides QR code stickers and wristbands that link to a public profile with your first name, last name, age, gender, preferred language, emergency contact details, blood type, allergies, medication, medical conditions, health insurance details, and optional photo for emergency use by first responders (e.g., medics).

• You must register using a unique Activation PIN provided with the Product to link your data to the QR code.

• Deleting your profile results in an empty profile accessible via the QR code, rendering it inoperable for emergency purposes.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• You must provide accurate and complete data during registration.

• You must possess a valid Activation PIN from a purchased Product.

1. Registration Process

• Scan the QR code on your Product or visit https://www.safeinasia.com to access the registration page.

• Enter your unique Activation PIN, a valid email address, and your personal and sensitive data.

• Receive a Verification Code via email to confirm your address.

• Submit the Verification Code to complete registration.

• You are responsible for ensuring email and data accuracy. We are not liable for errors or delays due to incorrect information.

1. Data Collection and Processing

• We collect your personal data (first name, last name, age, gender, preferred language, emergency contact details) and sensitive data (blood type, allergies, medication, medical conditions, health insurance details, photo) to create and maintain your emergency profile, as per our Privacy Policy (https://www.safeinasia.com/privacy-policy).

• You provide explicit consent via registration checkboxes, per PDPA Section 19.

• Data is processed and stored by Wix.com Ltd., which may use servers in Germany, the US, or Europe, compliant with PDPA Sections 28 and 29.

• You consent to cross-border transfers via registration checkboxes.

• With your optional consent (via checkbox), we may share your email with trusted partners for promotions. You can withdraw consent at contact@safeinasia.com.

1. Data Security

• We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access controls on Wix’s Content Management System, and regular audits to protect your data, per PDPA Section 37.

• No system is fully secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

• Provide accurate data.

• Safeguard your Activation PIN and Verification Code, and do not share them with unauthorized individuals.

• Notify us at contact@safeinasia.com if your Product or QR code is misused.

• Regularly update your data for emergency accuracy.

1. Activation PIN and QR Code Usage

• Each Product has a single-use Activation PIN for registration.

• If you enter an incorrect email, you may retry with the same PIN until successful.

• Safeguard your Product to prevent unauthorized QR code scans. We are not liable for unauthorized scans or data misuse.

1. Intellectual Property

• All content on https://www.safeinasia.com, including QR code system and branding, is owned by SiamHappyVibes Co., Ltd. No copying or modification without permission.

1. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages from inaccurate data, unauthorized QR code scans, or service interruptions beyond our control.

• Liability is limited to the Product’s purchase price.

• The Service is “as is” without warranties, per Thai law.

1. Termination

• You may terminate by deleting your profile, resulting in an empty profile.

• We may terminate for violations, inappropriate data, or fraud. Contact contact@safeinasia.com for deletion.

1. Governing Law

• Governed by Thai law, with disputes resolved in Thai courts.
