• Provide medical information (blood type, allergies, medication, medical conditions, health insurance) to first responders.

• Deletion results in an empty profile accessible via the QR code, rendering it inoperable.

• Your public profile is accessible to anyone scanning your QR code (e.g., first responders).

• Data may be shared with Wix, our hosting provider, on servers in Germany, the US, or Europe.

• With optional consent, your email may be shared with trusted partners for promotions.

• Data is stored on Wix servers in Germany, the US, or Europe, compliant with GDPR and PDPA adequacy standards.

• You consent to transfers via registration checkboxes.

1. Your Rights Under the PDPA

• Access: Request your data.

• Rectification: Correct inaccuracies.

• Erasure: Delete your profile, resulting in an empty profile.

• Restriction: Limit processing.

• Portability: Receive data in a machine-readable format.

• Object: Object to processing (e.g., promotions).

• Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent, disabling the QR code.
